DIRECTIONS to 11631 Hunters Green Court
BY METRO
We are new transplants from New York, so public transportation is always a go-to for us. Good thing for y’all that we’re a 12 minute walk from the Wiehle-Reston East stop on the Silver Line (about 35 minutes or so from Foggy Bottom).
Trains run approximately every 15 minutes.
There’s a map below with the walking path marked out for you in fuscia, but for those of you who are textual learners:
BY CAR
Carpooling is recommended!
Put 11631 Hunters Green Court into your GPS. Do what it says because it knows the roads of Fairfax County better than we do at the moment.
A reminder that Dulles Toll Road (VA 267) is a very easy jaunt off the Beltway, but it is a toll road, so have your EZ Pass or Quarters ready. If you come that way, get off at Wiehle Avenue and make a left at the top of the ramp. Get to the right, because you’ll be making a right onto Sunrise Valley Road at the “T.” Come to the second light and make a left onto Soapstone, Hunters Green Court is immediately on your right.
PARKING
There is limited parking in our cluster of townhomes. If you arrive and see a spot that does NOT SAY “RESERVED,” you’re good to park. If it says “RESERVED,” please don’t.
If there are not spots in our cluster, there is a shopping center on the south side Sunrise Valley Drive, anchored at one end by The Kensington Assisted Living Facility. That should be fairly empty on a Sunday. If you park there, follow the purple dots up to 11631 Hunters Green Court.
